Spanish Golden Visa Program

As part of its efforts to support the national economy, the Spanish government launched the Golden Visa program in 2013, which allows foreign investors to obtain residency by investing 500,000 euros or more in real estate, with the possibility of renting the property for financial returns.

The Spanish residency permit is granted for two years, renewable for an additional five years. Visa holders are not required to reside within Spain, and all family members are allowed to travel freely within the Schengen Area without the need for additional visas.
